SafeManagers™ is a modern, practical course for anyone who manages people, work, or decisions that affect safety. Across eight modules, managers explore their role and influence, legal responsibilities, hazards and controls, risk assessment and decision-making, incident and near-miss investigation, monitoring and improvement, human factors and culture, and leadership and communication.
Learning is grounded in realistic workplace situations. The emphasis is on what good management looks like in practice — the conversations, pressures, and choices managers face every day — not simply remembering rules.
Serene Safety delivers SafeManagers™ as a National Safety Academy Training Partner, through our own Microsoft Teams environment or in person at a Norfolk venue, your premises, or a nearby UK venue.

Yes. On successful completion you receive a National Safety Academy SafeManagers™ digital certificate. Physical certificates can be arranged if required.
SafeManagers™ is a National Safety Academy Training Partner course with NSA certification. It is not presented here as an Ofqual-regulated RQF or SCQF credit-rated qualification. If you need a specific regulated level for funding, membership, or procurement, contact us and we will advise on the right Serene pathway, including IOSH and NEBOSH options.
