Course Overview

NEBOSH Working with Wellbeing is a one-day qualification developed in partnership with the HSE. It provides delegates with a practical understanding of how to identify wellbeing risks in the workplace and implement effective strategies to protect and promote employee wellbeing.

With work-related stress, anxiety, and depression accounting for over half of all working days lost to ill health in the UK, this qualification is increasingly essential for managers, HR professionals, and anyone responsible for employee welfare.

Before your course

A short checklist so day one runs smoothly. We send the pre-course pack a week before you start.

  • Photo ID for the NEBOSH assessment (passport, driving licence, or work ID badge).
  • Openness to discussion. Wellbeing courses are reflective by nature; the strongest sessions are the ones where delegates share what's actually working (and not working) in their organisations.
  • A current view of how your organisation handles wellbeing: any policies, employee assistance programmes, or recent initiatives. We'll use these as anchor points for the practical work.
  • Pre-course reading arrives by email a week before. About an hour to read; sets the language we'll use.
  • Notebook and pen for personal reflection exercises and group work.
  • Travel and parking for the in-person sessions across Norfolk. Address and parking notes are in your booking confirmation.
  • Lunch is provided at our Norfolk venues. Dietary requirements? Reply to your confirmation email.
