The NEBOSH NGC is a 10-day Level 3 qualification for those pursuing a career in health and safety. Managing Safely is ideal if you manage people; the NGC is ideal if you manage safety as your primary role.
Assessment consists of a multi-format test (multiple choice and short answer questions) and a risk assessment project based on your own workplace. Both are completed during the course.
The certificate itself does not expire. However, IOSH recommends refresher training every 3 years to keep knowledge current. We offer the IOSH Managing Safely Refresher course for delegates who completed the full course previously.
