With over 15 years of experience in the field of health, safety, and environment (HSE), Jonathan is the Principal Partner and Consultant of Serene Safety who helps clients achieve safe and healthy operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
He is a Fellow of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (FIIRSM), Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH), a Functional Safety Engineer (FSEng), and a Registered OSHCR Consultant. Not to mention that he is a Lead auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 quality standards.
Jonathan leverages his expertise in developing and strengthening management systems, risk, hazard assessments, and incident investigations to safeguard stakeholders, company profitability, and efficiency - Doing so with steadfastness, involvement and creating deep lasting relationships with peers and customers alike.
He communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders and regulators, and establishes meaningful and deep relationships with them.
Jonathan is the Chairman of the East Anglia Branch of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM), where he contributes to the professional development and networking of his peers.
Jonathan, through Serene Safety, partners with Safety Culture (I-auditor) in the UK, is an NQA APP Associate able to support businesses with management system implementation and connecting them with an accreditation body to achieve their desired standard.
